The Guantánamo Bay prisoner of war camp is a disgrace to all Americans.
In a recent report, the International Committee of the Red Cross
referred to Guantánamo as the "gulag of our times." Even Thomas Friedman,
columnist for the New York Times, is now calling on President Bush to tear
down the prison.
As Friedman wrote, "Guantánamo Bay is becoming the anti-Statue of
Liberty."
Tell President Bush it's time to close Guantánamo. It only took me a
few seconds to sign the petition and I'm hoping you'll sign it, too.
