Uncle Dick a crminal?
As the investigation into the leak of a CIA agent's name hurtles to an apparent conclusion, special prosecutor Patrick J. Fitzgerald has zeroed in on the role of Vice President Cheney's office, according to lawyers familiar with the case and government officials. The prosecutor has assembled evidence that suggests Cheney's long-standing tensions with the CIA contributed to the unmasking of operative Valerie Plame.Come on, he wouldn't let his own personal feelings or aspirations take center stage before the future of this nation. He wouldn't let his wallet rule his and his puppet's decisions. Would he?
Okay, maybe he is not directly involved, as so many seem to be saying. But he and W are responsible for the actions of their appointees. So may not mean orange suits for Uncle Dick right yet - but this is just one more nasty item that is being written into that "book of life."
