... Years ago Hal-baby wrote "Late Great Planet Earth". In that book he was predicting, based on the Bible, that the end-times were around the corner. Back then the evil was the Soviet Union and Communism. Now I hear that he has written a book saying Islam is the evil.
Could the neo-cons be fans of Hal? Could they believe that they are pushing Iraq, Iran and Syria so that the final battle takes place? I know W says that God talks to him, etc. Scary that they may think that they are working to bring the Book of Revelations to fruition.
Look at Hal's website and be prepared to be mad as hell. The jokes about Rather and the cartoon with Rather and purple hearts references were rather in poor taste and goes beyond "Politically Incorrect" and verges on obscene, sick, demented, anti-everything....
