War Against Iran Would (They Think) Take Our Minds off Disaster in Iraq

Ed Garvey, in this Common Dreams article, touches on a subject that I have commented on before - Iran you are next. His point (slightly tomgue in cheek IMO) is that an Iran action would take our minds off Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. Then Syria would be invaded to take our minds of Iran, Iraq. HMMM I get the picture now.

I think his last sentence, looking for a McCarthy, is perfect. But Ed we already have Kucinich and other peace warriors already trying to "stop the madness of an empire run amok."
