War Crimes or Withdrawal

Stephen A. Allen writes a good article about the realities of war and comes to the ultimate conclusion that we need to "just declare victory in Iraq and withdraw". We have created a major problem in Iraq, We have brought that nation to the brink of civil war. Pull our troops out and bring in U.N. peace keeping troops.
